I'd like to start by saying:

Your statement is coming from the scrub that runs around a destroys friendly vehicles. Don't worry we still have your number. The only reason we didn't follow up with paying a major corp to take the last Deathdealer district is because when I got back from my vacation you were not in there corp anymore.
You are a scrub. You are a highly unskilled tanker as we have seen on numerous occasions. I would argue that you might be one of the all time worst EVER.
Forge weapons are perfectly balanced. Judge has a pretty enlightening video coming out at some point about some buggy elements associated with Drop ships and Forge guns but that is the only issues as far as anyone should be concerned.
If your team/squad is unable to take out the forgers on top of that building then you are doing a lot wrong.
When southpac and I are forge sniping from a high point we have to deal with many proto heavies jumping out of normal DS's as well as snipers, other forge snipers, rail tank snipers, and even ADS's that team up against us. In some cases there isn't a strong high spot to forge snipe so you are even MORE vulnerable. If the other team is "bad" then we can just sit up there to our hearts content. And trust me, it takes that much because we have sick communication and worked very hard to be at the level we are. He is far better than me and I can honestly say I think i'm a top five forge sniper in pubs.
If your team requires more than a couple of guys to go finish those guys off then your team is just not as good as the forgers. If there are like 5 forgers up there and 2 snipers then stop running vehicles and stay on the ground and hold objectives. That is 7 people not fighting for objectives. Forcing a vehicle to be out when they are out numbering and out powering you is just reckless.
As far as the anti infantry is concerned. It takes more skill then you think to be able to forge snipe. Try it sometime and see if you can rack up 10 kills with an assault or 15 to 20 with the normal non assault. Lastly, my adv sent suit with all adv modules and one proto forge costs over 70k. About as much as your tank so losing it isn't fun.
Again, we still got your number brah and hope your tanks get blown up even more.
